Our Story

A family firm, built on friendships as much as figures.

Investa Fusion is an investment consultancy based in Chinchwad, Pune, founded in 2006 by Ramesh Barli. Hailing from Karnataka and armed with a diploma in Secretarial Practice from Belgaum, Mr. Barli worked across Kolhapur and Nashik before settling in Pune — where he served as Personal Secretary to Mrs. Poonawala, then Managing Director of Alfa Laval.

He began his advisory journey as an LIC of India Advisor, and in 2006 cleared his NISM examinations to add mutual funds to his financial advice. Highly motivated, he became a Chief Manager’s Club member in his very first year, a Regional Club member for the next two, and today is a Chairman’s Club member. His real passion, though, is meeting people and making friends — something that has served him well in this line of business.

In 2013, Pratik Barli joined the practice after clearing his own NISM exams, bringing the firm into its second generation. Together, they always strive to achieve more and keep their clients genuinely satisfied.

Today, with * ₹350 Crores + in Assets Under Management (AUM), 2,500+ clients, and 500+ families, Investa Fusion continues to build lasting relationships through personalized financial guidance, trusted expertise, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Ramesh Barli

Meet Our Founder

Ramesh Barli is an experienced Mutual Fund Distributor and LIC of India Advisor, committed to helping individuals and families work towards their long-term financial goals through disciplined investing and appropriate financial solutions.

Originally from Karnataka, Mr. Barli earned a Diploma in Secretarial Practice from Belgaum before beginning his professional career in Kolhapur and Nashik. He later moved to Pune, where he served as the Personal Secretary to the then Managing Director of Alfa Laval, Mrs. Poonawala. This experience strengthened his professional values, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence.

Driven by a passion for serving people, Mr. Barli began his journey as an LIC of India Advisor. In 2006, after successfully clearing the NISM certification examinations, he expanded his professional services by becoming a Mutual Fund Distributor, enabling him to assist clients with a wider range of investment solutions.

Mr. Barli believes that lasting relationships are built on trust, transparency, and personalized service. His passion for meeting people and understanding their individual needs has helped him build enduring relationships with clients across generations. With a client centric approach and a commitment to ethical practices, he continues to assist families in making informed financial decisions and progressing toward their long-term financial objectives.

As the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Investa Fusion, I bring years of experience across capital markets and Financial Product Distribution, helping investors understand and access a wide range of financial products aligned with their financial goals and risk profile. My expertise spans a broad spectrum of investment solutions, including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Equity Baskets, Fixed Income Instruments, Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds, P2P Lending, and other sophisticated wealth creation products.

My journey into finance is driven by a lifelong fascination with numbers and the science of wealth creation. Although I graduated in Production and Industrial Management Engineering, I discovered early on that my true passion lay in understanding markets, analyzing businesses, and helping people make better financial decisions. What began as an interest has evolved into a career dedicated to enabling investors to achieve financial independence through strategic planning and disciplined investing.

Believing that continuous learning is essential to delivering holistic financial guidance, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pimpri Chinchwad University. This academic pursuit complements my financial expertise by deepening my understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects of wealth management, estate planning, and financial advisory.

Before co-founding Investa Fusion, I worked with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance and KTM, experiences that shaped my understanding of business, client relationships, and the importance of delivering consistent value. These roles reinforced a principle that continues to define my professional philosophy: lasting success is built on trust, integrity, and long-term partnerships.
